Legal representation in France

Legal representation through French conveyancing procedures

Most investors realise how essential it is to be protected when buying real-property in France. There are many reasons to appoint a qualified legal representative to look after the interests of the buyer. Read more

Several scenarios can easily be avoided:

-  Buyer buys property with charges, encumbrances and other debts, or property that has never been registered;

-  The property is not the one that has been seen;

-  The purchaser hands over a deposit to someone purporting to be owner who subsequently disappears;

-  Unbeknown to the purchaser, there are legal tenants occupying the property;

-  Buyer, who has paid a sum of the money towards a new property, is unable to complete because the developer has run out of    money and declares bankruptcy;
